Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Takapuna and work across Auckland, Northland, Waikato, the Coromandel and the Bay of Plenty including Rotorua, and we are currently working in Queenstown. We travel anywhere in New Zealand; for work outside those regions it is a question of programme and scope, so ask and we will tell you straight.
How do we get a quote quickly?
Send the site address, what you need delivered, and any available drawings or background information. We will respond with a clear scope and our assumptions stated up front.
Do you provide fixed prices or hourly rates?
Both. For well-defined scopes we can fix the price. For evolving construction work we can provide a schedule of rates with variations as needed.
Are you a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor?
Yes. Director Michael Cutfield is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor and Certified Professional Engineering Surveyor, which means we can sign off cadastral work as well as engineering and construction survey.
What information should we have ready?
Latest drawings, any known control or datum requirements, and your programme milestones. If you are unsure, we can guide you through the minimum needed to start.
Can you support fast-moving construction programmes?
Yes. We are set up for responsive field delivery and modern data workflows to keep pace with busy sites and tight timelines.
Need a surveyor?
Send the site address and what you need delivered.
